About Arcana Alta®

Arcana Alta® is the executive education and leadership development brand of Concord EMDX Consulting, an independent Paris-based advisory firm working with leaders, boards and organisations on strategy, finance, governance and transformation.
Led by Éric Dusseux, Arcana Alta draws on experience in executive leadership, investment, board service and executive education. His board experience spans both listed and privately held companies.

For each engagement, Concord EMDX Consulting brings together leading experts, faculty from leading academic institutions and experienced practitioners. This carefully curated international network creates a cross-cultural environment in which different perspectives meet the realities of organisations.

As technology and AI reshape work, expertise and decision-making, Arcana Alta helps leaders and teams strengthen the capabilities to respond: sound judgment, strategic and financial understanding, effective governance and the ability to lead people through change.
Our work combines intellectual rigour with practical application. We create space to take perspective on the world and on oneself, clarify complex situations and turn learning into considered action.
