Éric Dusseux brings first-hand board experience in both listed and privately held companies, alongside executive leadership, investment and executive education. His work has involved strategy, governance and leadership development in contexts of transformation.

Éric Dusseux - Founder
Éric Dusseux is an executive, board member, investor and educator. His career spans healthcare, corporate strategy, AI-enabled technology and the energy transition. He has held senior executive roles, including on the Executive Committee of Sanofi Pasteur, and served as CEO of a US-listed AI-enabled medical technology company.
He brings first-hand board experience in both listed and privately held companies, with involvement in strategy, governance and leadership succession. He also contributes to executive and graduate education at ESCP Business School, Université Paris Dauphine–PSL and Mines Paris–PSL.
This combination of operating, board, investment and teaching experience informs Arcana Alta’s work with leaders and organisations facing complex decisions and transformation.
